What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We are closed on major holidays.

Can I get my scripts delivered?

Absolutely, as long as the address is still in the state of VA.
We do not charge a delivery fee, we simply ask that you pay the copay for your medication(s) prior to us sending them out.
Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days for you to receive your order

Why was my script sent to your pharmacy?

Most times scripts are sent to us as we have special vouchers from manufacturers and products that chain pharmacies do not have access to.

What insurance are you contracted with?

We are contracted with all major insurances except for CHAMPVA, SENTARA MEDICARE, and UNITED HEALTHCARE MEDICAID plans
We are not contracted with 3rd party discount cards such as Goodrx or Singlecare

How can I get my scripts transferred to your pharmacy?

You can get the process for transferring your prescriptions to us started by using our chat, emailing us or coming inside.
Once we receive the transfers we will contact you seeing what you need refilled

How long will it take for my prescription to be ready?

Typically if we have the medication in stock we will have it ready within the hour for you
If we are out of the medication we will give you a call and let you know. If we are out of the medication we typically get it in the next day

Will I receive a notification my script(s) are ready?

We don't fill any scripts without talking to our patients first so they are aware of what we are filling and how much it is.
If we can't reach you we will leave a voicemail for you
